1. The WiFi MOHO is a software tool committed to helping you analyze WiFi (wireless network), of which all copyrights are subject to the WiFi MOHO team. Its explanation shall be final.
2. You are deemed to have carefully read the fully agreed to the terms upon installation of and using the WIFI MOHO software.
3. Without permission of the WIFi MOHO team, no one shall use (including but not limited to: illegally install, copy, distribute, display, upload, download) the software, or obtain the source code of the WiFi MOHO by unconventional methods (e.g. reverse engineering). Otherwise, the WiFi MOHO team will claim for its legal liabilities.
4. If you choose to install and use the WiFi MOHO software, you agree that the WiFi MOHO team may collect, maintain, process and use the relevant information, including but not limited to regularly collect unique system or hardware identifiers, information regarding your use of the computer, system and application as well as the information of peripherals so as to provide and improve the WiFi MOHO products and services, and to provide you with the related software updates, product support and other services (if any) of the WiFi MOHO. The WiFi MOHO can use this information based on these purposes. The team has promised not to proactively disclose the information to any third party.
5. Unless otherwise the WiFI MOHO team has agreed with any other party, in respect of the materials and information provided thereby, including but not limited to text, images, data, suggestions, web pages or links, the WiFI MOHO team does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, adequacy and reliability of these materials and content, accurate materials and information as it strives to provide. And the WiFi MOHO team has expressly disclaimed any liability of errors or omissions in these materials and content, and will not make any expressed or implied guarantee of the ownership, guarantee of not infringing the right of any third party, guarantee of quality, and guarantee of free of computer virus, in respect of these materials and content.
6. Before you use the advanced functions of the WiFi MOHO, you are required to go through a verification of user’s validity over the Internet. The WiFi MOHO is required to access the WiFi MOHO server through the Internet. While the WiFi MOHO team strives to provide a stable and reliable link and a third-party hosting platform to the server, is does not guarantee that no problem will occur in the link and the third-party hosting platform, and has expressly disclaimed any liability in the failure of using the WiFi MOHO in time due to network problems.
7. The materials and information provided by the WiFi MOHO are only available for normal network operation and maintenance (i.e., troubleshooting, confirmation of wireless network status, etc.); in respect of any infringement undertaken by using the materials and information thereby, the WiFi MOHO team shall not be reliable, nor shall it assume any legal responsibility.
8. The WiFI MOHO team may, without any notice or warming and in accordance with its own needs for iterative updates and business development, conduct modifications on the WiFi MOHO software and server. To get the latest version message so as to synchronize with the server, please update the version of your WiFi MOHO in a timely manner.
9. The non-WiFi MOHO team’s products or services mentioned by the WiFi MOHO team in the software are only to provide relevant information and do not constitute any endorsement or recommendation for these products and services.
