1.Why do I still need to enable my location services even when my device cannot see the interference map?

From Android 6.0 onwards, receiving WiFi data relies on location services. So it is recommended to enable location services in your system settings when using MOHO.

2.Why is the MAC address in the “Find AP” function different from my device’s MAC address?

The MAC address for “Find AP” is the BSSID for the RF card but not the device’s MAC address. We understand that in networking, we often have to know your device’s MAC address and so we have been developing this function recently

MOHO speed test and Speedtest share the same server and as the server for Speedtest has been changing continuously, thus the speed test for MOHO has also been affected. If you are having problems with it, we recommend using another server.

While the single point tests are made for networking professionals designed with a command line interface and equipped with the ability to generate editable Excel files for easy reporting.
